At Dnyankartika Bahuddeshiya Sevabhavi Sanstha, our Skill Development program bridges this gap by providing hands-on vocational training, digital skills, and entrepreneurship development to rural youth and women. Our goal is to make every individual employable, enterprising, and economically secure — right from their own village.
What We Do
Vocational Training for Women
Tailoring, embroidery, food processing, soap-making, and packaging — integrated with SHG-led enterprises.
Digital & Computer Skills Training
Train youth in MS Office, internet usage, online job search, and mobile-based productivity tools.
Microenterprise Development
Guide individuals and SHGs on starting rural businesses in agro-processing, retail, crafts, and services.
Life Skills & Financial Literacy
Integration of yoga with local Ayurveda, herbal remedies, and home practices.
Soft Skills & Career Guidance
Offer spoken English, communication, personality development, and one-on-one career coaching.
Skill Centers with Schools & Panchayats
Run community-based training hubs equipped with tools, trainers, and real market linkages.
